Retained

  • Get a dedicated senior recruiter fully embedded in your team, managing all of your hiring needs and deeply focused on building your talent pipeline. Ideal for companies hiring 5 or more roles per month, this model allows you to fill up to 8 positions monthly—all for one flat, predictable rate.

  • We will work to fill your permanent roles in a hybrid retained capacity, meaning we will kick off a search for a flat 5% fee, and the remainder of the placement fee is only due upon a successful hire. We are happy to offer even lower kick-off fees for multiple roles.

Freelance

  • Hire candidates through Work Shop for a set period of time. Work Shop will keep the candidates on our books and bill the client directly.

  • Hire candidates on a contract trial basis, then convert them to permanent employees after the contract expires.
