Alicia Gauthier

Alicia founded Work Shop and leads searches and client relations. She has an eye for great, high-fidelity design. She has been a creative recruiter for over 10 years and cut her teeth building the creative and design teams at Squarespace, working in lock-step with their CCO and Head of Product Design. She has since gone on to lead searches for clients like Yuga Labs, Coinbase, Mailchimp and various emerging web3 startups, as well as for companies with a more established design system like Apple, Google Creative Lab, and Airbnb while at I&I Partners.
